The only thing scarier than AI… is not learning how to use it.

Go from prompting to building agent skills that work, for you and your team.

AI is moving fast. So should you.

What you don't understand today could hold you back tomorrow. We help you and your team stay relevant, grow your skills, and get confident using AI, not just watching others do it.

This isn't about becoming a coder. It's about building real-world intuition through experimenting, learning from peers, and a community that's learning with you.

AI won't replace you. People who master it will.

AI slop is the new busywork.

Everyone has AI now. So everyone's reviewing AI-written decks, strategies and reports that look finished but aren't. When AI gets used like "just Google it," the work doesn't get faster. It moves to whoever has to fix it.

Skills give AI your standards, your steps and your SOPs, so it gets it right the first time instead of handing the mess to someone else.

What is AI slop costing your team?

Your numbers, not ours. Nothing leaves this page.

Add your numbers to see a yearly total.

How it's worked out: docs × minutes × people × weeks ÷ 60. The 48 working weeks is a starting guess, so change it.

Using AI isn't the advantage anymore. Using it well is.

Start from what works. Prompts you paste, skills your AI keeps.

Skill.md files

Teach Claude a skill once, not every chat. Each Skill.md names the GitHub repo it came from, so you can check exactly what it tells your AI to do.

Why Skill.md

Teach your AI a skill once, not every chat.

  1. Read it first. Every Skill.md opens in full: the instructions, the files it needs, and the repo it came from.
  2. Add the folder to Claude. Claude reads the description and reaches for the skill when a task matches it.
  3. Stop re-explaining. The workflow lives in the file, so your team gets the same result from the same instructions.

Your prompt

Questions people ask us.

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, ask us.

Do I need an account to read the prompts?
No. Free prompts and Skill.md files open in full on the site without an account, and you can copy free prompts straight away. An account is for saving prompts to your own library.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and you don't need a credit card to start it.
What's the difference between free and premium items?
Free items can be read and copied on the site. Premium items show a lock: copying them happens inside the Dash2Grow app on a paid plan.
What is a Skill.md file?
A Skill.md is a folder an AI model such as Claude can read: instructions, the reference files it needs and, if it runs one, a script. It gives the model a capability it keeps. On Dash2Grow, each Skill.md shows the GitHub repo it came from.
Will these prompts work in ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini?
Yes. Prompts work in any model that takes text, including ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Skill.md files are written for Claude.
Will I end up paying for AI twice?
No. You bring your own API keys for the models you already pay for. There's no per-user pricing: you pay for assets and usage.
Can I control which AI models my team uses?
Yes. Admin controls let you choose which models each team member can access, in line with your own security and AI policies.
Who is behind Dash2Grow?
Dash2Grow was started by founder Jonathan Milne and is built in Canada. It's curated by practitioners, for practitioners.
Is it safe to run a prompt or Skill.md I found here?
Read it before you run it. Every item is shown in full and Skill.md files link to their source. AI output can be wrong, so check it before it reaches a customer, and never paste passwords, API keys or customer data into a prompt.

Stop staring at a blank chatbot.
